Introduction video
As a warm up you always need to do something. Church vocalist they sing in the shower early in the morning befor they go to church, like I do. It is a great way how to moisture your vocal chords etc. But befor I play, I tune my guitar, then I sound check my sound and they we play some song as band and this is it.
But in your case I want you to keep playing simple and basic stuff befor you go on to higher level.
So the next video is the simplest way how to connect with your guitar and teach your brain and hand do what you want to do.
Other rhythm is this. There are some like "jumps" things on the beginning of every messure. So if you can do it, than you can do also the last one. The one I showed you for the first time.
